Abstracts should be submitted by email.. The email should include the authors preference for oral or poster presentation, the preferred topical area for presentation, and for multiple submissions from one group, the abstract must be ranked in order of priority for oral presentation among the presentations from that group.  The Program Committee will attempt to maximize participation of as many research groups as possible in the oral program. The deadline for abstract submission is December 18, 2009. This is a firm deadline and extensions should not be anticipated. Please follow the instructions provided in the abstract submission template when preparing the abstract. If your abstract is accepted, at least one of the authors must register in order for the abstract to be included in the final program.
